Shipping charges

A shipping charge is applicable on all items at estoreindia.com. The shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping charges based on the items you have in your basket

Taxes and levies like VAT , sales tax, octroi etc.

All item prices on estoreindia.com eShop are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the item to account for sales tax. Some states in India however have additional levies like octroi. These are additional and need to be borne by you, wherever applicable.

Shipping Service and Delivery Period

All goods are dispatached withing 2-3working days of the confirmation of your order and payment . In case of any delay in shipping of goods we will we will inform you accordingly. Goods which are damaged or lost in transit are replaced completely free of cost as per our Refunds and Returns Policy. We ideally use EMS Speedpost for shipping all our products across India . Our experience with them has been positive and they serve all most all corners of the country on a cost effective basis . EMS Speedpost takes ideally 2-4 days to delivery it to your address . All our products are dispatched from our Mumbai address .

Partial Shipments

A particular item that is out of stock or not available at all may not be shipped to you along with other items that are available off the shelf. In such cases there will be "Partial Shipment" of your order. This means that you will receive only a part of your whole order. In such cases: You will not be charged extra shipping charges for the shipment of "balance" items. You will be informed in advance before the "balance" item shipment is dispatched to you. You can cancel the remaining items if you are not willing to wait for the items to be shipped at a later date.
